HO annual reviews

Anyone else having an early review this year? One coworker said his is next week whereas they've been end of February the last couple years. Wondering if that’s a bad sign for him. Mine hasn’t scheduled. Maybe that’s a bad for me.

I was told late last week that calibration hasn't even been done in my department yet, not expecting review meetings to happen until February.

I too can confirm that I must have all my team's PDS reviews completed by 1/31/2023. They were all moved up to the end of January company wide this year. Not sure if that means anything specific or in particular.

All performance reviews are due (discussed and signed) by 1/31/23. Earlier for some reason.

Our team's 2022 reviews are scheduled for next week. They need to determine who of us to let go and who to move to vendor based on performance so there is that. Higher ratings move to vendor while lower performers are being let go in February.
