I had a meeting three weeks back and we knew this was coming. There will be interviews in front of congress eventually and the main question will be, "of all the layoffs, how many were H1B's vs American workers" . I expect that to be a hot seat question for the telecom and tech CEO's . The news was leaked this week from the office of MTG that 70% of these abused H1B holders is Indian. That is not going to bode well going into Q1 of 2026 when the unemployment numbers are expected to explode.

The need to get rid of AT&T employees in the retail stores. Every time we go in there it's a waiting game while the workers take their time getting to customers especially when you pick up an online order. They also pick and chose who they assist.
Auth retailers are a nightmare! I work in COR for T. We constantly have customer come in with total sc--w ups /fraud and more. I fix it all, then get all information I need and file a compliant online with the ethics dept with all detailed information and then let the ball drop! The fraud, add a line and stacking of HTP AND INSURANCE without customer consent should be a class action suit for sure for consumers

What is happening with our company owned stores? Last time I visited one there were 7 cars parked outside. Only 1 customer. Visited on a weekday so not sure what is normal. If this is it do they make it up later in the day or on weekends?
