Heard Jeff’s vest was in NJ today. Who’s got the T? What did he say?

Made with real gorilla chest.
employees were here before the building was built , that needs to change - they have to go ! said his best vest
AT&T New Jersey = Way too many employees
No it said I’m so tight after I’ve made people redundant there’s still space to make it tighter .
AT&T owns the largest of the 5 buildings on the Middletown campus and are still gutting to make giant unreservable (except for higher ups that "deserve" privacy) open spaces to cram everyone in. Once the few people and labs from the remaining buildings have been vacatated (ones they lease), they'll probably look toward telling Bedminster people to relocate.
An email was sent to people reporting to the Middletown office showing what areas will be open for parking during the winter. It said that we can park in any of the 3 parking structures, but staring 4/1/2026, parking structures 2 and 3 (the structures associated with the four leased buildings) will be off limits since they're going to be turned over to the landlord. Reading between the lines, that sounds like AT&T doesn't plan to renew the lease on those buildings.
Building A is owned by AT&T, but the property it sits on is a long-term ground lease, so it would probably be difficult to get rid of, other than just turning it over to the property owner. As mentioned, given the amount of remodeling and reconfiguration they've been doing, they must be dumping a ton of money into it.
AT&T spent 100’s of millions renovating HQ and they are looking to move to Plano/Frisco next year.
You’re obviously not in Middletown or NJ.
I am, and I can tell you with 100% absolute certainty, that Middletown will be the last office closed in Nj.
In fact we are currently undergoing one of the largest renovations of any ATT hub so that we can fit Paramus and Bedminster employees here.
Middletown is closing probably
More likely Bedminster. Just like they didn't want both Redmond and Bothell and settled on Bothell, they won't want both Bedminster and Middletown.
Wouldn't be surprised in NJ will consolidate to Middletown and eliminate Bedminister or the other way around. Its been know for a while that Dallas wants to scale NJ footprint and keep a token sales office in the NY region but not an entire lab, when they have Atlanta, Dallas, and California locations. Don't be surprised in if 2026 NJ folks asked to relocate South... and they know most wont , based on demographics.
Probably planning the shutdown and layoffs. First they’ll start relocating some folks, then whomever moves will get whacked down the road, some will say they will and won’t (no severance for them), some will say no and then they will quietly layoff in waves of 49 people at a time. Very few job openings outside of Dallas these days. Tons for overseas.
Who cares anymore?
Middletown is closing probably
Maybe to pass out vests!
McSelfish will make AT&T great again.
Naah it said RTO rules
Not sure what Jeffie said, but the vest said “I am being stretched too tight and I can’t breathe”.
