My last day January 30, 2026. There were 142 associates on the call. Associates from Virginia, Georgia, California, Missouri. God help us all with the economy.

@18e not sure what this has to do with Trump. This has been going on since before he was in office. The issue is all of the automation. They’re going to reduce staffing because the computer systems are going to be able to do a good portion of the work before long. We’re already seeing it in our department.

@d0 I know someone from Indiana provider service who was one of the 142 she has to work through Jan31 to get their 1000. Send off $ for if they walk before they loose the 1000. What happened to severance like they did in 2024 for laid off workers?

@OP different departments. Keeping us through the January peak. There were managers on the call not sure if they were part of the RIF.

@cy that is not accurate. They are required to give at least 30 days notice.

They could give more depending on circumstance. If they give more time chances are the person would be required to work during that time.

Most are given 30 days and their access to the system is cut immediately.

@cw I think if you are E13 or lower you get 30 days notice. If you are E14 or higher you get 60 days. I could be wrong but I could’ve swore I read that in something. Also, sometimes it’s a couple days over 30 depending the way the pay weeks fall. I think it for most you don’t have to work the 30 days. I didn’t. My access was cut off the day I was riffed.

Do you have to work until Jan 30 or do they just pay you a regular check until then? If you get full pay for another 9 10 weeks that's amazing.

It is true. I know someone that was impacted yesterday. They did confirm it was over 100 people impacted as well. Last day Jan 30.

I call BS. they are doing pay in lieu of notice now (access taken away immediately) plus it is odd your last day is that far out. Apologies if I’m wrong.
