Why do we have to listen to sales cr-p from AWS or open AI in an employee town hall? Only because the leader do not know how to speak to an audience?

leaders develop teams, encourage them, re skill them if needed. They don’t ask them to quit. RAT
RAT is on this website responding to comments and asking people who have given their best years to the company - to quit if they share their opinions or frustration. Can’t get worse. Was a total waste of time - very scripted. Look at how he jumps on to respond to the “pre submitted” questions. Technology teams needs a leader not a puppet with shady past and future.
Another group of entitled tech workers. Read the news. Every tech company is laying off workers and every non tech company is downsizing. Since you are so skilled why are you still at this company and not somewhere that values your great skills. Oh, maybe because you don’t have the skills needed and can’t go anywhere else so you come on this board to complain. Bring the haters on but you know it’s true and do us all a favor and quit. But you won’t because you know you can’t find a job anywhere and are hiding in your current one.

His scripted questions to AWS was terrible!!! He has exhausted his healthcare keywords & vocabulary!! Cost of care / Affordability of care to an AWS architect or sales tech rep who ever she was - total waste of time!!!
