Management is all employees not in basically the main union. Even those nutmeg union retail stores on the East Coast could be impacted. So mostly wireless employees for now. Wireline will continue to get outsourced and clipped slowly especially when heavy contractor loaded Frontier comes on. No organization union or not will be left unscathed in some way in 2026. It will be bumpy. Hanz buying back Frontier 10 years later and double the price is like someone unloading that used car only to buy it back at double the value and mileage only to say "hey, we have 4 cars now as a family instead of 3". More cars looks great but we now have that expense as well.

It will be all levels - last go around there were band 5s in there. You would think that some 4s would be included this time as well
