People at this co are way too dramatic
There’s what 16-17,000 employees now? At any given time in an org this size some group is probably restructuring or reorganizing. Doesn’t mean there’s a mass layoff occurring, but also doesn’t mean there are not layoffs occurring in pockets. It’s the nature of an org being this big now.
From my team, we are expecting lay offs before Christmas. Sad the whole team has worked so hard and put in so much effort just to be let go.... I realy hope this is not the case before Christmas as I have childrren and a family that I need to take care off. :(
LOL, before almost every round of layoffs, like 7 rounds in the past 8 years, they said the same thing. Now put your head down and get back to work, peasent. Greg needs his bonus.
I don’t think they are doing a big layoff but just because some executives say that they aren’t doesn’t mean much. You could ask them two seconds before you received your pink slip and they’d deny it.
