Let’s start this thread for further discussions, cheers

MD has confirmed no changes to remote model. "No further changes beyond yesterday's announcements."

@b7 There were other pod meetings where this didn't come up earlier. The "mini all hands" is suspicious for sure though

Tomorrow morning I have a pod all team meeting, and then there's a 'mini GT all hands'. Interesting. I'm almost certain they're going to make changes to the remote model.

ETW of several years...I rarely come in because when I do, there's never a place to sit with my "team" so I end up camping out in a booth. (Waiter, can I get a skinny gal marg and some avocado egg rolls over here? Thanks!) Then I leave when I see the FTE's slinking out at 2:00. No shade, I'd work that system too. But I'm not going in to do that, and no one has said a thing to me about it. Ever. A 45 minutes each way commute to sit in a booth and attend zoom meetings? That's not building culture. So if they do enforce a RTO I'm not changing a thing, and if they want to end my contract, please do. The toxicity is off the charts and my menties are worth more than money.

I love coming into office so I can work with only ITC teams that don’t respond until the next work day. Such efficiency and team building! /s

@ag Really bad move if so. Would've softened the blow for non tech teammates who constantly complain about WFH people being exempt from flex changes

@af No word on WFH yet, but there's the GT all-hands tomorrow. May just be for Domains?

What was changed other than wellness week? I asked several teammates and none of us heard anything about remote ending.

There’s an updated policy and it states Well Being is gone for everyone in FY27 so that means no Wellness Week next year for anyone.

"no wellness week, or wellness days for stores or DC"
Both are gone.

Very confusing announcement. Wellness week over, end of something or other, no clarity on whether remote pilot stays or goes?

4 week Flex is gone
Wellness for DC & Stores is gone.

What about Remote?

So no wellness week for retail & DC but corporate still gets the wellness week ?
