What happens to protected classes during a RIF? Are any special considerations given?

HR will scrub the list to make sure no one class is more impacted than another.

Being a protected class membe myself Vz should base decisions on meritocracy. Woke has left building except Woke Senior Directors/VPs/SVP.
So that’s the issue….Dan needs to remove DEI ghat aren’t performing and hiding behind resukts of non protected staff.
