TI - Change Needed

What is it going to take from those left in the DFW area to say enough is enough? TI is a woke company that doesn't care about its employees and continues to sell out our jobs to India. Leaders in the company are DEI placements, especially IT, and there is no end in sight. We need change! We need to take back our company! Should we start a Union? Stage a huge walk out from local TMG and IT? Any ideas on how to tell Krunali and Haviv that enough is enough and we will not lay down any longer!!!

@229 As a former employee whose site recently closed in the North East, I was a victim of “the jab” mandate. Ridiculous… we were an engineering site, not customer facing. And the employees most concerned about Covid, the people we were supposedly protecting by having a g-n to our heads to get Fauci’s little science project injected into us, were the ones that took 3 years to start coming back to the office.

TI's largest shareholders are Blackrock and Vanguard. We are not in control over our company. These are the same corporations that also are the largest shareholders of Pfizer and Moderna. This is exactly why TI ma dated the COVID-19 vaccines and it was unethical in every sense of the word.

@b6 definitely poor leadership. The poor ones are promoted and the good ones leave. The LT is weak and keeps pushing the cost cutting at the expense of quality, it will catch up with us soon….

This company's definitely not woke. Just looking to cut costs while having bad leadership that thinks the answer is to cut people to cut costs. Every meeting I'm in with someone from leadership "Who/how many can we cut?" comes up. No regard for what those people actually do. They just want to spend less on labor. They're concerned with making bonuses more than they're concerned with the long-term health of the company.

I wish we could unionize but the management is strongly against it. Ask anybody who was around 15 years ago.
Nobody is talking about it because they fear retaliation.

I'm not sure what "woke" has to do with it. It's just leadership failure, plain and simple. There's aren't enough managers and leaders with a clear vision who knows the technical side of things enough to properly guide TI where it needs to go and execute on the plan. There will always be people who need to be laid off but the past year or so has been ridiculous. They aren't cutting fat, they're cutting vital organs and muscle. Everyone is just plodding along in their own furrow, hoping they're not the next to get axed.
