This place is a total sh-t hole. My sister works in Fire and hates her job and I'm in Total Loss and it is a complete disaster. It's not my Team Manager but his my crazy SM and CM that cause constant chaos. My poor TM looks like a scolded dog every day and tries not to take it out on us but really has no choice. This place has become so d-mbed down it's almost impossible to even have an intelligent conversation with most people. Clown show all over. I feel almost dirty when I sign off every day.

The rats will really jump off the ship as more and more signs they are getting ready to bring claims back into the office full time. It will be total carnage, it won't go over well with the 2040 workforce!
State Farm is going to fall to #2 then over the next decade just crumble away. They will keep overreacting to everything with each move being a constant over reaction being on the opposite side of the winning bet. Once this kind of stupidity takes over a company it is unfixable. You go woke you go broke, it is as simple as that. Stock companies can clean house really quick and un-funk their mistakes or overreactions. Not SF, it usually takes years if not decades to change direction. We hire nothing but rejects, losers and people not company will touch. You get what you pay for SF, what you pay for. They never learn! Sh-t hole!
SF is no longer #1. They went front a Ruth Chris steakhouse to a Bojangles in 15 years.
Leadership is scrambling as SF slides to the number 2 auto insurer. 4 more years to go till retirement. Hope I can make it....
We have a constant flow of BBBW from Express into our area. They make it about 3-4 months off path to proficiency and go out on some type of leave. The people coming in the door are the bottom of the barrel. You can see it is very intentional and has been the business model for now well over a decade. I was helping with a training class this week and the only white employees in the room was a 58 year old lady, completely clueless and some 50 something year old fat white guy that is probably g-y. Qualified people would walk in the door and bolt on day one when they looked around at what we are hiring. I can't believe this place even exist anymore. Sh-t hole!
I feel ya. It's no better being an injury CS right now where interpretations of policies, directions, and why certain claims get paid without needing "more info" seem to change like underwear. I'm hoping to get 1-2 more clients for my side hustle and get out soon.
