What are software engineer bonuses like in PA and Lake Mary? For associates, senior associates, and VP levels?

In Pittsburgh you’ll be lucky to get 2% and are effectively are working for less every year since it doesn’t keep up with inflation. It’s been like this forever.
I’m not sure about the exact numbers, but I can tell you that all of them are generated automatically through a formula with a lot of constraints. Your direct manager — and probably their manager as well — had no control over it. Only MD-level managers had permission to make edits in the tool.
Why the downvotes? Are those not accurate?
LM, VP, meets expectation - it’s been around 7%
PA, Senior Associate, bonus has been around 3% for the past few years.
Lake Mary/Sanford is vulnerable. Costs and headcount issues. Heed my warning. I'm retiring P12
