@nt US administrative assistants. The admin team. The ones that do all the cr-p work take the beatings from both the executives and the associate staff.

Lots of US people laid off again in GT. And you know what the GT leadership team is gonna do about it… likely celebrate during their a big leadership offsite next week. Padding each other on a back for another job well done. Slashing that budget again, taking out good hard-working people who help build the company. It’s just never ending. What is this all gonna ultimately end up being and meaning for everyone in our society. This is really sad.

What teams have been impacted? I saw in the GOC escalation channel the policy to raise bridges had to change due to those people being laid off

Chris and Venkat will drown the company with all the failed implementation one after the other. I am very surprised even tho we worked day and night with all the migration, upper level or even our Manager didn't consider all our hardwork and all went to drain. Karma will return. God bless.
@et Are you kidding ? It will never end until Chris and Venkat exit from TU. They are happy with their pockets filling up for doing this disaster leadership

@eq 1 week for every year. Cobra. If you over 40 extra for age discrimination. It’s not negotiable and HR is pretty cut throat. When they say contact us for any questions means shut the f up and don’t call us.
Does HR system sends one single batch?
Meaning all impacted get notified altogether at once .

@eq tomorrow could be your last day but you'll find-out from HR. Severance is legally negotiable but I imagine that you risk being threatened with something like, "we don't have to provide severance and if you try to negotiate you could end-up with nothing."
I've been impacted. Do we get to know our end dates tomorrow? Also, do we get to negotiate severance or it is what it is?

Of course like the lovely company they are all lay offs start before the holidays... so glad I moved on from the original sla-ghter and got a much better job after 20 years of service to this horrible new company....
