It is incredible how blatant ageism was in my interview at American Express. Karma will come back someday in same form for those who knowingly discriminated. Talented professionals of any age beware when looking at this company.

Someone 40 and up is a protected class. Most companies pay more for health insurance costs for older employees, in addition, to paying higher salaries. But the reality is young employees requires 20 years to become wise and experienced. LOL.
Could not agree more. And interviewer did not even understand the role.
