Keep reading these posts about CR going to 4 in '26, but our "CR" group has been told nothing of the sort, officially or unofficially.

Welcome to the 4 days per week club. The only cost of admission is the extra money spent on transportation, day care (if needed) and lunches and so on. Don't be surprised to see up to 3% of your staff voluntarily leaving within the first 8 weeks of the CS attrition plan.

CR is the only group to broadly announce. Other groups are to follow but it's been very quiet

Consumer Lending town hall last month KS said absolutely no plans to change from 3 days.

some orgs have been 4 days for a while. and if you're in CR and haven't heard anything from your sr. leadership on this than your group really doesn't communicate. chances are DF will be communicating it officially at some point based on his post today about communication stemmlmg from the global survey results.
