Rightsizing is the word, offshoring is the game.
Hearing and seeing lots of people being "exited" from the business, or to be more transparent, performance managed out of the business.

@am all SVP and VPs are like that. All are d-mb fu--s. Talking anyone for coupe of minutes and you will know.Those left are licking upto Shannon to keep their as--s safe. She is too building her own nest and sacrificial lambs . Time will come when she will start slaying her lambs . Just like she slayed Sanjay .
Cool my early comment was removed. M. S should be let go a long time ago. He hasn't done anything but only forwarded email from other people.
