Definitely send like a full 5 day a week rto announcement. Why would they have "office hours" just for separation. They have a web page for that. They don't want to be answering questions in real time.
No, it is just a placeholder where you can go ask specific questions about the separation next year. I am sure they will not be able to answer many of them but i dont think these calls are anything to be concerned with.
Back on original topic. Next week there are several meetings scheduled with ‘Separation Office Hours’ full company distribution. Is this the 100% RTO announcement?

It means no personal work while on company time. In fact, you must do work while on personal time ie weekends/holidays and of course vacations. It also is firmly understood that the extra work on personal time is free to HW. MHGA
