Anyone privy to the strategy for Call Center reps that either work in T buildings or WFH? What's the plan for Ocean Springs, Orlando... centers? When Black contracts ends will virtual reps be forced to move back to office?

@ad idk about Celeste but I can tell you that Eric has done everything he can to keep Johnson City alive and if it weren’t for him and Michele that center would have been gone a long time ago. I am thankful for them.
Black contract? Purple contract, Orange contract? If you really are a T employee on this site, you would know!
The plan is WFH to train the AI. NICE Workforce Management is collecting the AI training data as we speak!
Of course. RTO is the new industry standard.
What is a black contract?
@bn thank you, bro.
google the future of call center jobs . doesnt look good for you.sorry
Call center is an AI job now.
The strategy for every call center is offshoring.
There is panic in Johnson City & Orlando that the centers may be shut down. The collection org is dying. Poor leadership by Eric H. & his work wife Celeste. He spends most of his time in AD offices laughing & joking with the other dead weight. Better be worried about being surplused than RTO.
