@az that crew was good the beginning, now it's time for a change. Same tune from all of them... we need to reduce expense so what can we off shore, then cut US staffing, not the contractors, etc...no real direction, no leadership, never see them etc...
Those who remain will have to pick up the extra workload. It won’t be very comfortable for awhile 😩

As long as Shankar, Vivek, and rest of Shankar's gang is not kicked out of VZ, nothing will change in IT perspective. All they do is, move jobs to India and get kick backs elsewhere. Dan should kick them off as soon as possible, if at all, he wants to reform IT and AI support for Verizon.

@OP you bet your a-s there will be re-org and restructuring. You will see some teams will disappear and move to hybrid role doing more with less.
A restructure would require that the band 6 ranks be thinned out. Maybe even those above.
