@ay idk about ISR but in response to your question on other posts…Wealth is getting rid of agile, the whole squad leader, scrum master, squads etc model is gone. Now it’s teams with team numbers, engineering lead is team lead and manager (most coming from chapter leader roles) and scrum master became enablement lead. Squad leaders are now either part of a team or could be pulled into greater product area with no teams under, just working on the business requirements. Overall, lots of more work and ownership of multiple apps. Teams are around 10-13 now. We were part of the initial change, the only people I know of that left were the domain leaders or higher ups

Whats the changes with scrum masters, SLs that prople are talking about? What exactly is changing? Could some1 please summarise
