@OP Yeah, this was so stupid. I don't know who they think they're kidding. No one wanted to return to the office as it was in the first place. No one on my floor wants to be in the office, yet these so called leaders keep acting like sooooo many people were asking for it. I despise liars. They should just let it be open to those that want to and see what happens. If you're just as productive at home, then leave us alone.

@m7 Can you clarify what you mean by you know why Cap1 owes employees and remote costs? Has other companies reimbursed their remote associates?

I know why capone owes employees for years of notimbursing them or remote costs in states such as as Illinois, new york, California, massachusets, DC, pennsylvania and other states. They don't want to pay reimbursement and be sued for violating state labor laws.
