Heard from 5 people in different departments that that 25% number being floated around is basically accurate.

Who is gonna work then, we already got more stuff piled in to us since VSP. There is no way they can cut 15% unless they hire contractors to replace them, then the point is moot. I know few people who took VsP are back as contractors.
The target is 15k heads. Thats 15% of the entire workforce. Each org is going to be hit slightly different. Some more than 15%, some less

Maybe it depends on group. I heard from a reliable source that it’s 15-20%. Maybe Dan wants 25% if possible.
