if you got let go last week, do you get subsidized cobra for your entire severance period or just through end of year (for example, if severance pay would end in early summer).

Look for recording of the zoom meeting on the layoff portal re: benefits that was held this week. There's another being held next week if I'm remembering correctly
If you were one of the employees let go, all this information is in the severance package paperwork.
My paperwork states health insurance coverage is for 28 days after the formal separation date of 1/30/26. During that time I am eligible to purchase COBRA. It states COBRA information will be mailed within 21 days of the separation date. If elected, COBRA lasts for 18 months per law since we were involuntarily let go.
