Anyone else annoyed by opening up the intranet and seeing the faces of people in Pune that are taking our jobs? It’s the “10 year anniversary” of the work being sent over there. Happy Monday! Here are the faces of your new job. 🙄 I could care less. All I see are the faces of the new Allstate.

I wonder how happy they would be if they knew that the US workforce received benefits, PTO, ect. Allstate is taking advantage of the lack of labor laws from this 3rd world country. Allstate is paying them peanuts!
No, I am not annoyed. They are loyal Allstate employees and should be applauded for all they do. Send them some well deserved recognition. Get with the direction of the company or depart.
Happy Holidays. They are dancing and singing and very happy. I am happy for them but saddened we have very little opportunities in Allstate USAbecaise I’d them. This is the new company and we just work here temporarily until we are diminished further. It’s okay. At least they are finally being “transparent” about it. They do so many irritating things as a company and this is just one more. I am glad to see them go away from the USA. Most have been really miserable here for years. It’s hard to fight against the constant stress but we have to rise above it and not let them take our souls as well. It’s just business. They will become richer off the backs of the folks in India who are good people, as the working men and women in the USA fade away from this corporate beast. it will be a great day for me once I finally get out of here. I just hope it’s with severance.
