SMB B2B Account Managers On the Chopping block?

Hearing a lot of rumors and basically no department is safe, no position is safe. November 20 is the date I’m seeing and hearing, But I am hearing more than anything that SMB is really on the chopping block. What do we think is going to happen to SMB and B2B? Restructure or just completely cut the channels out and have store reps and managers take care of business?

Take them all. Do a full restructuring and see how things turn around. We've had directors and above in the same position with no growth for years. Time to cut where it counts.

B2B is staying, it’s R2B that’s going. The retail business reps are on the way out

Retail taking over for B2b? Tell me you’ve never worked in any other channel without telling me you’ve never worked in any other channel.

With the new virtual R2B role in retail where a rep creates a lead and the customer gets a call back right away for a business sale the in store support for business reps is going away. It was being phased out anyways before Dan came on the scene. Now it’s being accelerated

Today’s age of Retail not qualified to sell to business customers. There’s absolutely no way retail can do it on their own. Can hardly sell to consumers. But definitely some restructuring.

The support line creation for retail a big clue on what direction we are going
