I used to work there, I was a local employee so cannot tell you a story from the US vantage point. Working there is a mixed bag, but leaning tough unles you land on a strong team and manager.... The pay is sh-t... It lags market and raises are small (not even adjusting for inflation) and this drives senior people out... and leaves a lot of new grads... so retention and workload are real issues. There is some good culture in pockets, smart people, and some chances to learn + hybrid or remote in some roles, that's going away fast tho... As in the US there are frequent reorgs... tool churn, many meetings, and uneven mgmt quality. If you value clear career paths, market pay, and stable execution, you will get frustrated. It's still a good brand name, big systems, and growth-by-doing with a supportive manager, it can be solid.
