Does anyone know When the TMTs recommendations to Leadership will be finalized?

I know you’d like information, completely understand that. We are very close now to the actual layoffs which means it’s probably set now what will happen, either way for you, because HR needs to prepare. Please try to find any peace you can, this will be over soon.

@am the recent email said T decisions would be made by 10/31 and forwarded to ELT soon after. Sure, some areas may have done things differently, but for the vast majority, what's stated in the email is true. My tmt has been in meetings very recently.
Depending on the team the recommendations were made a month to a few months ago.
