If you were smart you would all use your sick time before November 20th. You wont get paid out sick time if your laid off.. might as well use it. I suspect this is what one of my trainers did. They said he's taking some time away from the business and they don't know when he will be back lol

Why before Nov 20th?
Sick days aren't as beneficial if your boss lets you telecommute on days you aren't feeling well. But they are great for people that are required to be in-office daily.
Use it all. Every year.
Don't be d-mb like me and think its some badge of honor to not take sick days. Even if you arent sick, use them. No one is pinning attendance medals on your chest.

I only get 40 hours of paid sick time. I plan to use all of it before Nov 20th. Why work if theyre juat gonna let us go lol
