Workforce consolidation and jobs eliminated, 2% effected today as they streamline and optimize processes. Mostly managers and above effected. Shifting teams, focus, reorganizing structure and find efficiencies.
@aj Can confirm, like others said it was predominantly focused toward upper/ middle management. Goes to show how loyalty works in corporate, work your way up just to be let go for streamlining. Cut costs while over working the remainder of your leadership.
2% impacted. Official communication sent that its done.
My manager confirmed there was a reduction in workforce but I have no other details.
