Pulte’s goal for both GSEs is a significant reduction in labor. The orders are direct.

Many people are expected to make lots of money on the IPO shares sale, including Pulte’s friends. Some of them are now getting the contracts and Fannie and Freddie are paying for the contracts.

20% for 2025. 20% for 2026. Will see after that. It will touch all divisions and all levels. Many SVPs and VPs were let go recently. Directors too. More to come.
It is interesting how they will find a way to pay $100K for hundreds of H-1 visas.
