Arguably John Gibbons was most responsible for the operational decline of the FI Group.
If you need to pay him - it is a slap in shareholders faces to do so. He could have been let go for cause, not a made up Senior Advisor. Who exactly is he advising?

@bn can you please elaborate with some more concrete examples? I work on the Clover side so I don’t know much. But I thought FI’s revenue decline was due to core consolidation which led to client attrition?
He is still talking to clients and making more of a MESS for all of us to clean up! He is giving up $$$$ to clients, making commitments we cannot deliver on and telling clients he has Mike and Gelb's ear.... HE NEED TO BE WALKED OUT NOW!!!
