This is just business as usual at Honeyh3ll. They do this every year to avoid having to pay 401k matches and any bonuses that may be due to look better financially at year end. And forget about getting a holiday turkey. A toxic chapter of my life that I am glad is in the past.
I know how could they lay people off just before Diwali? So inconsiderate. I mean they should wait till at least Arbor Day in late April if they're going to lay people off to avoid the holidays.
Is there an update on Charlotte or BA layoffs?
Lawyers will be some of the first ones out the door now that ai has fixed the hallucination problem. One lawyer to review and five hundred ai agents.

This is why the management acts the way they do. They know they’re covered. By Honeywell’s fancy lawyers. Here’s a settlement and a gag order.
This company is professional. I got a gang of people that they hired as management and their little buddies. They’ll find ways to get rid of.
They make the environment way you wanna quit. Either way they win.
you're old, you're out! Make too much, OUT ya go!
Lawsuit? Many have tried and most got a small check and an NDA. Especially popular for HR employees where we’re harassed .
I can’t wait for the EM regions to learn how to file lawsuits.
A couple of years ago I got Riffed just before December 15th, it was pure evil. I and another colleague were the best performers in our team, not that logic or reason ever comes into their decision making process. They kept a guy who was so under qualified and out of his depth with it was unreal. That is Honeywell.
Unfortunately the fiscal year falls around so many holidays. It’s really something that should be changed.
