I was 175k when I left. 26 years L2.
Took severance and a 200k remote job with a competitor. Similar bonus award comp.
I'm hoping for a buyout so I can reach L-1.

at such of time code can be changed little bit each of the days and i can get high five good job,
L2 and payband for my job description tops out at 192.5K
Long time L2 (25+ years w/ T). 151k+ bonus. There are no stock options.
L2 don't make 280K unless you are in N4 zone. Stock options also not given to L2
L2 Legg Org. 280k + stock options last year. Pacing slightly more this year.
