STAGE AN EMPLOYEE 1 HOUR WALKOUT IN PROTEST

You folks that are still there need to make a statement to these senior staff and the Board of Directors that its time for a change. No more 1% annual raises, 'bonuses' paid in wealk declining stock vesting over years, 401K match suppresion, 401K fees from Merrill Lynch, . Set-up a 1-houe walkout over the next few weeks. What do you have to lose ? The EVPs, SVPs and VPs are going to come through and make life harder for you call: They are not going to take any responsibility and will resist change.

Take action folks - you don't need to be treated like cr-p by Fiserv.

You wont do it. IT professionals need to unionize but sadly nobody has the stones to help start one. We have no voice anymore and we will continue to be treated poorly and replaced with a cheaper foreign workforce. Walkouts if not done in mass will result in your immediate termination. So best to walk out in mass. This company is being run like Enron and Mike is the patsy. Mark it down. He will not save Fiserv.

@ab I walked off as in 2022 on my own buttercup after 8 years. I was not a lifer, I had long successful career from late 1980s elsewhere, joining FD in 2014, fed a bunch of lies by the hiring Director and VP: It was a terrible mistake. If I were there now, I would be leading a mutinty and rebellion. They can't fire everyone: Get some courage, or leave.

Where were any of you on this board years ago when Fiserv became a flaming shithole? Just talking and gossipping. Nobody wanted to do sh-t until myyy precious bonus is cut in half. Your minions didn't even need a bonus yet all is gravy to replace and outsource for that bonus like the Mac Donaldo Ham Burglar. H1B don't get that neither rite?

Yeah no one is doing that lol. The job market is terrible right now. You’d be insane to even think about protesting in this situation. If you don’t like your job quit…simple as that. I’d quit right now if I could but I haven’t landed another job yet. Layoffs are bound to happen now and you’d be giving them an extra reason to lay you off first.
