Just had a random meeting which said they terminated random positions. Did not even bother to tell us what the impact is or how to prepare.
This company wants to fail and just get bought out. Customers are leaving in droves and brain strain is causing it to be broken and hacked. This butcher of a CEO is crazy.
Did they offer a severance?
So glad to be out of the burning ship . Customer churn has increased, blame game has increased, people have had heart attacks/ panic attacks/ diabetes/ mental stress etc .
All my health metrics and my salary has increased while folks are getting laid off. Honest advice - this company will be sold to the next PE - ( like it has started already ) . Prep and jump ship soon or be sadly one of the persons who gets laid off and have a hard time looking for a job
Agree - lot of folks impacted . Know few personally- many on H1Bs too
I think a lot of those who left the company voluntarily took packages. However, I'm hearing more are coming soon on the horizon.
There definitely were layoffs. What products were they targeting is the question? What isn't being supported now?

@OP I’m 99% that was not layoffs but a decision from a new director thinking that they can fix the company by terminating a few people.
Everyone I know their there as--s off trying to keep it afloat so I can tell you with 100% confidence who ever mad that call is on dr-gs or wants a piece of the company when it’s sold.
