start trimming down the fat. all the useless directors, associate directors, “client executives”, all of these useless drones that do nothing but pat themelves on the back.

Tbh I couldn’t do my job without my director. Idk what sector you’re in my mine is a saving grace. How about train these front line retail reps to actually do more than take orders. Bring back customer service in the stores. Get rid of our outsourced teams and bring it all on shore.

I agree. Watch them keeping these Directors and VPs and AVPs and MPs that makes $300k+ and go trim the 50 to 70k workers who move the company forward
I think band 5 is where unnecessary politics exist. Banks 4 is strategic
They will cut the people who actually get the work done.. slowing it down further while fat layers keep making glorious presentations and LinkedIn posts
