When I think of the billions Schwab management sunk into share buybacks over the years, it makes me physically ill. This behavior was illegal before the Reagan era.

The business update was good and Rick is relatable and fair and the company is doing well. And it is real positive improvement that he takes direct questions via pigeonhole.
No Layoffs planned but expect re-orgs. I think we will see on shore jobs transitioned to GCC.
