Resign immediately and find a job that will give you proper compensation

My ctm said the official line is that the review is pushed back till December but not expecting anything to actually happen

I got a pay raise for the last 3 years and am getting another one in January. I left the company. I am smarter than you all, stay, complain and don't do SH-T about it!
Not happening... The plan is to use earnings as an excuse. Lie about being close if everyone works harder. With the recent AWS layoffs it's only getting more competitive to find a job. If you can't find a job at least spend more time skilling up and networking instead of filling out 6 time sheets and hearing deluded plans. System is too broken to cut people for anything other than politics. So make the most of your time looking out for yourself
I've still not had my pay rise from last year.
They will delay the review to next Year End Review in April 2026. The execs will take bonus and raises, and nothing will happen for rank and file. Book it.
They don't trust us. We don't trust them. Out clients don't trust us. Modern commerce runs on trust. say what you will do, do what you say. It's quite simple.
The only thing I'm surprised about is people are surprised. This dance about pay has been going on since DXC came into existence.
