Why have there been no WARN notices in TX or CA from the 2H selection event? Did we not lay off enough people to trigger a WARN notice in the US?

@ph Sorry to hear that there are additional layoffs out there. Makes it tough to find something outside. Tough decision if you’re looking at relocation since there will more offshoring even if you relocate. Best of luck everyone

Chicken’s high, beef’s no treat, Potatoes pricey, ends don’t meet. Job is gone, the bills still grow, But hey — at least the eggs are low.
Chevron announced layoffs in Texas in May and July from the Permian and HESS operations, but nothing after September.
My understanding is the state of Texas does not require a public WARN notice. Someone posted this several months ago and when I looked it up I read a statement that in Texas this is correct. California on the other hand puzzles me as to why a public WARN has not been posted.
