Thread regarding Cargill layoffs

Will the layoffs in the US continue throughout the week?

If so, that’s a real bummer. No end to the peak anxiety.

RIFs will continue in small waves through the end of the fiscal year. The plan is to continue trimming costs and get set up for a lower cost load next FY. I’ve heard targets of up to an additional 200 at HQ.

No moral , just to give more money to the family, that is the goal , they do not care about employees and their families , the engagement survey is manipulated . No problem they do so but be honest about it and do not pretend this company pretends to care about sustainability , safety haha and employees , that is BS 2.0 same as their controls 2.0 and more . Someone trusts this company ?
