Everything else has been a mess, from the announcement and the buildup, to the awful communication from leadership right up to the last minute. I dread whatever comes next. I really feel for those affected today, especially anyone in a tougher spot than the rest. Wishing them all the luck.

It was super awesome being in the HR meeting and for the first 5 minutes I had no sound! But it wasn’t just me so she haf to start over. Sh-t show. As usual.
I wouldn't necessarily call it "quick" - when they sent communication out 5 days ago that they'd have to wait until Tuesday to find out. Talk about anxiety to the max - the poor people who had to "carry on life as normal" throughout the weekend. Not a great approach, Target!
