@bg I was affected in the first wave after 25 years. Believe me, this is the best thing that ever happened to me. I didn't realize it at first, but there's life after cargill. It took some time, but I landed a better job with higher pay. Take the payout and never look back. This is NOT the old cargill. I wish you and everyone else impacted the best on your next journey.
