One must remember, these are severance "offers". note that wording. Like when you're hired. an offer. negotiable.
Any info on other countries?
0.8 months per year in the UK upto 20 years.
Canadian severance estimates provided were lowballed and capped at 18 months.
Typical common law severance is 1 month / year of service, capped at 24 months. Then there are other factors considered such as age and ability to find a similar income level.
