I wish I could tell you the might change their mind, but that is wishful thinking.
Start looking and get whatever you can. It will get worse.
The liberal government will not be putting through any pipelines either. They lied about that.

No. They’ve gone all in with this. Their plan is, this move will bring kearl to its $16/bbl and cold lake to $12/bbl. They’re doubling down on oilsands production. They likely don’t have plans for building out new projects other than maybe some non-operatorship JV’s. If anything, this is only the first stage of bringing their costs down to appease shareholders
