70 front line want out

Slow link broadband there is only 30 to 40 Frontline in each depot. Highly doubt they are worried about that. Its a win - win. No more benefits and high wages. They can use the 50% of contractors that haven't been deported yet. We can all live happily ever after.
never say never...last one was 2020
🙏 can't even watch this disaster any longer. Almost 10 years with this clown show. Starting to think leaving the last 10 years out of the resume will be a plus.
There are too many frontliners who are actual retirement age. There are thousands of workers who would leave. This outfit would like it very much for them to leave but the last thing they want to do is pay thousands of workers to sit home everyday. They will patiently wait for them to leave voluntarily, grant a pizza party with no soda for 37 years of service and say c’est la vie baby..
No way they will offer it to front line. Only their cronies.
Be careful what you wish for unless you are truly ready to retire, it is hard out there right now to find jobs, there are alot of ex coworkers that left recently that are really struggling. Unless you are a 20 year person the payments goes fast and its not as much as you are used to making..... Im just saying... its not all rainbows out there either.
I wouldn’t mind another one. It was nice being paid not to deal with their BS.
I feel so sorry for all my friends still working there.
LOL. They would have no more experienced front line employees.. We would all take it and they know that. That's why we never get an offer. I would be out of here before I could even read the end of the email.
