So hearing from multiple sources inside and outside of the company that our management is pushing hard for a sale to Thoma Bravo. They own multiple companies in complimentary spaces.

The layoffs will continue until the bulk of middle management no longer exists, the concerning part I notice is this company has a ton of redundant management often managing less then 5 people quite commonly across the org.
