Thread regarding Whole Foods Market Inc. layoffs

Core values-fake?

Especially the one about teamember health and happiness.
Do customers really believe anything that wfm says or does?
I don't. It's just a paycheck to me.

It’s just as toxic as when you left it’s sad to see people buy into the nonsense the company spews. Go in do your job and leave don’t get involved with anyone or encourage anyone to advance in the company.

I left this company awhile ago.
I'll never look back. It was a toxic work place and became toxic to my health.
Now that I'm gone my health has improved greatly.
Good luck to all that are still there because you are going to need it!!!

No way they lied that they had the highest response rate and said 90% of people agree with the direction of the company. WFM doesn’t lie to its team members.

Not at all over 90% of people who’d took the culture compass agree with how the company is operating 😒

This is not at all accurate. 1st off, no one takes those surveys because they use it to find possible union hot spots and trouble makers. Maybe 5-7% of all TMs respond. The people who agree with how the company is running are indoctrinated and foolish. So many TMs who answer honestly and give the company terrible feedback get fired. They say it's anonymous but there are loopholes.

Oh, you were being sarcastic..phew!

Since you have to log in to do the cultural compass it's not anonymous. So you have to be careful what you say and do.
