How are these generally handled during reduction in force? Are they prorated?

They’re prorated per the people who got severanced that I spoke too
Any unvested RSUs are fully-vested if laid off without cause.
If fired for-cause, or if quitting before the three year vesting schedule is complete, any RSUs are lost.
