@3by I just checked out Verizon’s. Looked pretty similar to me.
Look at other company’s pages here. Only this company’s employees and former employees complain about everything else, too. A lot of posts about other things people don’t like. What does that say about the company? Or, is it more to do with how interesting some of our employees are?

No. it's a sounding board for everyone to comment about the layoffs.
Ok. It says "messages related to layoffs". So I take that to mean anything related to the following: those that were laid off, those that could be laid off, or even those who want to be laid off. Best of luck to you in your job search and I will leave it at that.
@OP no - purpose is literally front-and-center on the main page. Regardless, I'm a job-challenged modest adjustment and am ok with the jobbies posting...still confused regarding the larger vision with these changes - so hearing about the highway to the danger zone is helpful for me. Good luck with your job search...maybe lay off trying to control other people and focus on your journey...
