This last leadership in action call with JF was pretty comical. They had the usually "woke" testimonials from the usual suspects. Talked about wanting to build a "culture" at State Farm but were also basically bragging about all the people they have run off or in their words this was "not for them". Happy for them that they moved on. LOL! You can tell these are clueless re--rds living in Bloomington that don't fight the traffic, crime, and ghetto workforce that we all have to tolerate. That is the "culture" we have now. JF and his cronies are putzsss! The day this company shuts the doors the better of we the world will be.

The “woke” comments on here are id--tic. State Farm has been driven by the good ol boy network for decades. I was born in Bloomington and have been with the company for over 30 years. None of what is going on now is anything new. The only thing different is there may be more people that don’t look like the racists in the comments.

Last time I went down to the 6th floor to grab a drink I sat in the area for about 15 minutes and never saw one single white employee walk by. I'm hispanic so although I'm all about diversity this place is far from that. I work in Auto claims and at least 80-90% of my peers including the TMs and SMs are all black. You just can't hide the fact what State Farm is doing. Just reality
Everyone you see now has absolutely no substance at all. Just an army of mindless lemmings repeating whatever the tag line or one liner for the day. They are all about messaging, propaganda, controlling the narrative and creating a delusional mindset that continues to drive this company into the ground. I know it has been said a million times but I pray every day that somehow I can get a severance package and leave this he-l hole.
They won’t put anyone with a brain in leadership. One of the brightest people I know got a temp assignment in leadership. When the directors realized how intelligent this person was and how stupid they made the rest of the leaders look the assignment came and went. This person went to a competitor where he thrived and is now a director. Nice that our competitors recognize talent. I’m just here for the pension.
